Deliver Excellence: Work closely with clients to implement risk management strategies and monitor claims to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve Targets: Report on sales goals and the effectiveness of your marketing strategies to leadership, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide the best advice and solutions to your clients.
Collaborate: Work seamlessly with your team to maintain efficiency, support a collaborative environment, and deliver outstanding service.
What It Takes:
Experience: 3+ years in an Insurance Executive (Producer) or similar role, with a strong background in multiple lines of insurance (auto, fire, life, property, casualty, health, ancillary, etc.).
Licensing: Must have Property, Casualty, Life & Health State Insurance Licenses.
Client Focus: Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build lasting relationships.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analyzing reports and using computer systems to maintain accurate records and improve client service.
