Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CPG Sales and Replenishment Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and replenishment within the CPG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working for both suppliers and third-party agencies, particularly in relation to Walmart and Sam's Club. This role requires proficiency in various Walmart and Sam's Club data platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenishment Management: Oversee inventory replenishment processes, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth within Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Walmart and Sam's Club data platforms (including WM Luminate, Madrid, OTIF, SQEP, ASN, APIS, and Transportation 2.0) to analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven recommendations for inventory and sales strategies.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for Walmart and Sam's Club, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, inventory management, and sales performance, employing a proactive approach to manage chaos and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Reporting: Generate and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market trends to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG sales and replenishment, with a focus on Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Must be willing to live, commute, or move to Northwest Arkansas.
