What you'll do...
Influential Communication: Possesses knowledge of verbal/nonverbal behaviors; applications and allocation of business communication styles/techniques in ambiguous and challenging situations; situational awareness; communication channels/mediums; interpersonal skills and universal relationship building with the ability to connect seemingly unconnected parties. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management or related field AND 3 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within relevant sectors.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within relevant sectors.
3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies within relevant sectors.
Preferred Qualifications...
1 or More Degreed Certifications (e.g., Associate Safety Professional; Certified Safety Professional) or Non-degreed certifications (e.g., Safety Management Specialist).
