This senior-level role requires 5-7 years of overall experience, including 2 years of consulting experience, in an applicable role as an IT or POS Deployment Engineer or as an experienced user of the Simphony and/or RES POS or similar products. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer’s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer's needs. Assist with end-user training and take the property live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale. This position requires up to 90% TRAVEL; it is a true “Road Warrior” role. The ability to travel as needed which can include weekends and holidays is a must.
Preference is given to individuals which have the below skills and knowledge:
- 5 years or more experience working in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels and Restaurants)
- Experience as user of POS systems such as but not limited to (Simphony various versions, MICROS 3700/8700/9700/e7, RES)
- Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
- Guide and mentor team members on implementations
- Knowledge of Cloud based software systems
- Knowledge of 3rd party interfaces
- Senior-level implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations.

US: Hiring Range: from $23.85 to $54.13 per hour; from $49,600 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
