Position Title: Sr. HR Generalist / HR Manager DOQ
Compensation (Pay/Benefits): Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $70,104 - $85,155 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure/certifications and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule: This role is hybrid, with two days per week in-person required. Approximate schedule M-F 8-5. On-site work at both our Minnetonka and Minneapolis locations.

Program Summary: Position is part of the Policy, Training & Talent department, otherwise known as Human Resources department. Position serves internal clients (staff and supervisors) and applicants.
Position Overview: Sr. HR Generalist / HR Manager performs Human Resources duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, employee relations, compensation, and other HR administrative duties. Partners with employees and supervisors on various benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, employee relations, and human resources issues. This position reports directly to and works under limited direction of the Chief People Officer and will supervise one HR Generalist.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field and equivalent experience required. PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or Masters in Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in Benefits Administration, Payroll administration, employee relations, and human resources experience required.
- 1-3 years' HRIS experience required.
- Experience in a nonprofit, social service environment preferred.
- 1 year of supervision or equivalent experience required.
- Must possess a passion for and experience in supporting and building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.
