Description
The Senior Marketing Consultant is responsible for B2B and B2C strategy execution and campaign planning across multiple channels to efficiently support Medica's Commercial product marketing and member experience, goals and objectives. This individual will report directly to the VP, Marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related degree; equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered
- 5+ years of related experience, including B2B/B2C marketing/member experience, and project management
Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge in Commercial health plan products and B2B/B2C marketing
- Experience project managing with use of document management systems (Robohead, WorkFront, etc)
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Ability to work independently and seek alignment and solutions to problems
- Demonstrated experience using data tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, PowerBI and document management tools) to drive work progress, track trends, monitor performance and proactively identify issues and gaps
- Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate trends, KPIs and develop appropriate course of action
- Ability to build collaborative relationships within the organization and work cross-functionally to meet business needs
This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office – Minnetonka, MN – for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
The full salary range for this position is $67,100 - $115,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
