We are seeking to hire for a full-time, permanent position as a Commercial Solar Sales Consultant in our Phoenix location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any of the following: designing commercial solar systems, knowledge of utility rate structures and requirements, an understanding of AHJ requirements and electrical systems, familiarity with government grants for commercial projects, and experience in commercial sales.

Responsibilities
- Assess the solar viability of commercial sites.
- Design commercial solar systems.
- Present commercial proposals to customers and obtain feedback to gauge interest.
- Work with Management team to overcome any areas of uncertainty to garner business.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in designing and estimating commercial solar systems, with a strong understanding of utility structuring and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations for commercial solar projects.
- Familiarity with Government Grants for Commercial Projects is a PLUS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data.
- Certification in solar energy or related fields (NABCEP certification) is a PLUS.
