Role You Will Play:
The Director of Sales is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for steering the sales team towards achieving strategic goals during a period of transformative change. Stationed out of the Norwood, MA area, you will spend 80% of your day in the field. The Director of Sales will also focus on fostering strong relationships with clients and driving sales initiatives to elevate the company's market influence. This role will evaluate and hold the existing sales team accountable, implementing skill set upgrades when necessary in accordance with company policy.
