Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
ICHS is accepting applications for a dynamic and resourceful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) that exhibits a strong commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the organization and is sensitive to the communities it serves.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee leadership and general administration of center operations
- Fiscal management
- Program development and evaluation
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Grants administration and fund development
- Community and board relations
Qualifications:
- Leadership for staff as well as the greater community
- History of developing leaders
- Superlative communication skills and high Emotional Intelligence
- Able to use data to evaluate and implement workforce strategies that align with organizational values
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to adapt plans to circumstances and opportunities
- Understanding of the community ICHS serves and the importance of ICHS as a resource
- Effective ambassador for the organization and advocate for patients and the community
- Ability to build relationships at local, state, and national levels
