As a Continuous Improvement Director, you will develop deep expertise in continuous improvement strategies and AI applications. You will build leadership skills as you engage, influence, and drive momentum with senior leaders and across the organization. This position offers flexibility to be based in Redmond or remotely, with travel as required to achieve key business outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6 years of process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4 years of process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience and proficiency in process improvement and design
- 3 years of experience applying rigorous critical thinking to breakdown complex processes to identify improvement opportunities
- 3 years of experience leading, facilitating, and influencing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15 years of process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12 years of process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
- Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications
- Proven track record of leading successful kaizen/improvement events that produce measurable business outcomes and sustainment
Process Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities
- You will build and deploy the core tools and methodologies of continuous improvement in order to drive achievement of targeted results in security, quality, and delivery.
- As you lead process improvement and the development of business outcomes for complex processes you will assess process performance. You will facilitate teams in definition of improvement goals, leveraging relevant benchmarks to set a high bar, and support implementation of improvements to achieve targeted outcomes.
- You will facilitate process execution and lead a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for owned processes. You will manage stakeholder engagement rhythm and partnerships by addressing pain points to resolve challenges and to drive sustainment of improvements.
- You will facilitate the process improvement sustainment, including assess performance data, interpret analyses, and translate insights into recommendations to support teams adoption of continuous improvement. You will use data results to identify opportunities, communicate results, lead the incorporation of process methodologies and leverage feedback from others to identify opportunities for future process improvements and work with teams to implement, using kaizen.
- You will lead change management using your advanced understanding of the business and continuous improvement. You will lead teams in end-to-end implementation of improvement for complex processes that span multiple business functions and lead documentation maintenance for flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements needed.
