Description & Requirements
As the F1000 Consulting Graphic Designer at Forvis Mazars, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that are on-brand for various media and creative projects. These platforms can include print, digital, brochures, infographics, event signage, and firmwide campaigns for external and internal audiences. You will need to be able to translate client needs and branding strategies into a design output that meets the unique needs of F1000 clients and prospects. You will need to be a strong project manager working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of design skills to perform a variety of design jobs in various stages of completion. You will work independently and directly with internal stakeholders and senior leaders providing brand guidance and direction. The position requires collaboration with many Marketing and Business Development team members in a variety of departments, and you must have open, client-centric communication to ensure project objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. The F1000 Consulting Graphic Designer must be innovative, outgoing, and possess the ability to be self-directed and work effectively in teams.
The F1000 Consulting Graphic Designer must possess meticulous attention to detail, ensure on-brand work is being completed, and have excellent project management skills to juggle multiple projects and manage priorities. The position requires a desire for continuous improvement and a firm grasp of the latest design technologies and trends.
How you will contribute:
- Translate client needs and marketing strategies into designs and creative projects for internal and external marketing channels, including ads, brochures, exhibit graphics, email campaigns, posters, presentations, social media images, firmwide campaigns, proposals, etc.
- Work independently with internal clients to achieve brand-compliant creative strategies and work that meets the expectations of F1000 clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with other Creative Team members to ensure consistent brand style through all project designs and communications.
- Proactively pitch and ideate new concepts to Creative leaders to always be innovating.
- Use resources to stay current in the design industry, including brand research, concepts, and Adobe software capabilities and updates.
- Submit weekly invoicing in our system.
- Produce company-branded marketing deliverables and graphics quickly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in professional services or in a highly matrixed environment.
- 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Master-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Must have experience with print design.
