Responsibilities
- Lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Ensure great hiring, training, and retention to reach sales and profit goals.
- Deliver top results in your restaurant.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Company Core Values.

- Willingness to jump in and help your team, leading them to the next level.
