We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will lead the team in providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Experience in hospitality management, particularly in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food management, and banquet services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in cash handling and financial management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $54,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
