Analytica is seeking a dynamic, innovative, Capture Manager to directly support growth efforts across the company. As a key member of the growth team, this highly visible position will work with the Analytica executive team to develop strategy and drive business growth. This is a hybrid position with 1 day in the HQ office and ability to attend meetings/conferences in the DMV.
Understanding market trends and technical direction of customers and translating customer intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals is the essence of this position. The ideal candidate must fuse a solid understanding of the FedCiv market with the ability to lead and collaborate with growth, technology, and program team members to analyze, organize, and prosecute successful capture efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, facilitate, and actively participate in all capture activities starting with the initial identification of the opportunity
- Conduct gap analysis to include company capabilities, qualifications, and technical expertise against proposal requirements and competitor qualifications
- Create, modify, and update strategies, approaches and plans that synthesize information regarding the customer, competitors, and the company’s strengths and weaknesses
- Create a sound business case and value proposition based on customer requirements
- Translate the win strategy into a successful capture plan that includes win themes, discriminators, competitive analysis, price-to-win, and a customer engagement plan
- Develop and update teaming strategies, including negotiation of teaming agreements through to completion
- Work with proposal management to develop winning proposals
- Work with recruiting and human resources to identify, recruit, and retain qualified resources, both key personnel and the workforce needed to execute the contract
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of FedCiv capture work experience focusing on CMS, DHS, and/or Treasury.
- Demonstrated success capturing prime, competitive task order/new contract wins of >$20M.
- Experience bidding complex federal acquisitions.
- 5+ Experience working across the full capture lifecycle, including a deep understanding of pricing to win.
- Ability to drive/follow the Capture Process from opportunity positioning and qualification through proposal development and opportunity closing.
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
