What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Manage a portfolio of major accounts, leading the entire sales process from planning to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce and engage in client meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience with a strong sales quota track record
- Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative approach
- Ability to develop and execute account plans independently
- Willingness to travel 25-50% for client meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience in corporate sector sales
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
- Strong understanding of solution selling techniques
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle
