Job Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will work cross-functionally to track accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all projects within the department. Your responsibilities will span from project initiation and optimization to completion while maintaining precision and dedication to excellence. The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment will bring you success in this role.
About the Role
- Develop and implement project plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and allocating resources
- Collaborate with team leaders across the business to ensure seamless execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Train team members on best practices for enhancing efficiencies in their role
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report on project status to the Vice President of Operations
- Offer general support and ad-hoc projects to the VP of Operations when assigned
What You Bring to the Team
- Demonstrated success in project management within an operational setting
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication, written and verbal
- Skilled in training, public speaking, and presenting
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $130,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
