Product and Design: Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories. By leading the standards in the collectibles industry, we have earned customer trust that we can leverage across our expanding product offerings such as Vault and Goldin Marketplace.
Team Overview
As a leader in the industry, Collectors values delivering customer delight through innovative solutions to continue to scale our global operations and presence. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a similar passion and experience to join us and "Play to Win the Game" as we're at the helm of a digital transformation.
In this role, you'll be in the unique position to design the latest in manufacturing technical solutions, and partner with our Grading and Operations team. With our world-class teams, you'll identify ways to add value to both our internal and external customers.
This position is located at the PSA office in our Santa Ana headquarters. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration especially for the highly cross-collaborative and complex projects this person will be driving. Thus, we are only considering local candidates that can travel to the office 3 days a week. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
What you'll do:
- Develop system and operational processes in collaboration with Operators and business partners; and implement mechanisms to improve processes at scale.
- Lead strategic roadmap prioritization processes with senior leadership.
- Partner with technical teams to build innovative solutions, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex operational problems and possess a high sense of ownership and will to get stuff done.
About you:
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience with products related to supply chain and/or manufacturing.
- Expertise in designing with enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, Manufacturing Systems as well as with third-party API integrations and API documentation. Experience with chatbot and similar conversational AI tools is a plus!
- Led the ideation, development, and launch of innovative technical solutions to support supply chain and fulfillment operations.
- Managed external vendors and cross-functional internal teams on scalable implementation projects through effective communications and alignment towards a shared vision.
- Can operate within an enterprise 'shared services' architecture, with a "Get it Right" mentality and passion for delivering customer delight (for internal and external customers).
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to make decisions to inform product opportunities.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $135,549 - $220,067. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
