Role Overview
Saviynt is looking for a proven and driven leader to define, drive and scale our global Analyst Relations program. Analyst Relations is a highly strategic and highly visible function at Saviynt and this is a key role reporting into VP of Analyst Relations and Customer Advocacy, focusing on all Saviynt products.
You will not just coordinate meetings with industry analysts but be the thought leader representing, evangelizing, and positioning Saviynt offerings within the analyst community. An ideal candidate would have a proven track record of driving an Analyst Relations program, deep relationships with industry analysts, and a good command in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will be working closely with the executive team, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales/pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other teams.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the Identity and Access Management space, working for an enterprise software company. And more importantly, you will need to be a strong team player who can rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Be at the forefront of market dynamics and act as the conduit between industry and internal teams.
- Build, drive, and scale an outstanding analyst relations program.
- Develop more strategic relationships with the analyst community.
- Broaden visibility of Saviynt, its strategy, and products.
- Strengthen Saviynt’s leadership position in analyst research and reports.
- Manage engagements with various analyst firms.
- Drive responses to analyst reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, KuppingerCole Leadership Compasses, etc.
- Drive Saviynt presence in new market categories.
- Drive briefings, inquiries, and strategic advisory sessions with various leading analyst firms.
- Develop a continuous analyst engagement program aimed at increasing analyst mindshare and keeping Saviynt front of mind.
- Drive GTM activities with various analyst firms such as analyst whitepapers, podcasts, webinars, etc.
- Enable internal teams with market insights.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by developing insights and recommendations.
- Provide compelling assets to Marketing by ensuring Saviynt is mentioned highly in analyst research reports.
- Deepen industry experience, market awareness, and customer use cases.
- Have an excellent understanding of the technology industry and IAM space, with established relationships with industry analysts.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills - be comfortable talking to leaders of all levels and industry experts.
- Have extremely strong presentation skills – be comfortable presenting high-level strategy, product roadmap, and deep-dive demos.
- Be self-directed, comfortable learning things on the fly and getting hands dirty.
- Be extremely organized and able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Saviynt products is a huge plus.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 - $240,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
