The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
Responsibilities:- Owner of 1-2 app signal & measurement solutions in TikTok's solution suite with a strong understanding of performance ads and app signal, attribution and measurement capabilities.
- Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's App Measurement products. Our team is instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
- Develop thought leadership around key product launches and response to industry developments partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team.
- Develop programs that enable uptake of attribution solutions, identify blockers to implementation and work cross functionally to resolve these.
- Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing Science teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Communicate the value proposition of new app measurement products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.
Qualifications:- BA/BS degree or above.
- 2+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.
- 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry in a measurement capacity.
- Strong knowledge of app measurement industry & solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
- Ad Attribution experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred.
Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $232644 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
