POSITION SUMMARY
As the Chief Manufacturing Officer at ProCaps, you will be the key orchestrator of our nutraceutical manufacturing operations, leading a dedicated team in the pursuit of excellence and quality. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing end-to-end production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance, and driving strategic initiatives for innovation and efficiency. WHO YOU ARE (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a manufacturing leader in manufacturing, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Sr. Director or higher).
- Strong record of operational excellence, creativity, and effective collaboration in a start-up or dynamic manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software.
- Translate vision into tangible organizational structures and manufacturing processes to serve ProCaps’ needs for the coming 3-5 years.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset to prioritize projects, implement best practices, and lead the development and implementation of operational excellence models/programs.

- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the production of safe, effective, and compliant products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality processes and uphold industry regulations.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and the adoption of manufacturing technologies.
- Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic manufacturing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Assess and drive talent development to ensure the team is well-equipped for the evolving landscape of manufacturing.
- Supply Chain Optimization:
- Collaborate with the supply chain to streamline material sourcing, procurement, and distribution, ensuring a smooth and responsive supply chain.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards, certifications, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality and Safety teams to navigate complex compliance landscapes.
