Job Summary:
Randstad is currently assisting a Commercial Property Management company in the Henderson area with their search for an experienced and skilled Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with extensive experience in managing accounting functions within commercial real estate. Starting salary $85K - $100K plus a bonus and great benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Accounting team and collaborate with the Property Management Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Provide monthly and annual financial reports to property owners, ensuring transparency and clarity on financial standings.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, overseeing accounting personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet and operating statement accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Process and reconcile bank loan draws, ensuring alignment with loan schedules.
- Prepare, review, and finalize annual budgets and CAM reconciliations, providing detailed financial oversight.
- Generate monthly cash flow statements and financial reports, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Monitor, review, and approve all property expenses for processing.
- Analyze property operating statements to assess financial performance and identify trends.
Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience supervising accounting teams.
- Proven experience in accounting within the commercial property management sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, multi-entity financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and provide accurate financial data to property owners.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret Lease Contracts.
