We have been instructed to source a candidate to head up the Chelsea office sales division. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to step up in their career and be part of a long-term growth plan both personally and professionally.
The Requirements & The Role
It is imperative you have been working within Estate Agency, ideally within Kensington & Chelsea or within close proximity for a minimum of five years.
The following is essential:
- Confident, personable, and engaging with an ability to converse with HNWI
- Experience in valuing properties and converting leads, cross-selling, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Demonstrate ability to network and constructively embed in the neighbourhood
- Use the brand, marketing, and peers to elevate presence in the area
- Continuously drive business forward and know your market and demographic
The Rewards
This is a bespoke package based on the candidate's experience. There is a guarantee on offer and a competitive basic salary somewhere between £35-£40k with an OTE of £80k - this is all negotiable.
