As a Senior Project Manager, you will identify and report risk to Sr. Principal, Delivery, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices. You will be responsible for project close out and lead the integration of disciplines across the project.
Your skills in a nutshell
- 8-12 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
- Direct GC experience overseeing construction on projects of various sizes and scopes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on TI projects with full range of subcontractors
- Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Construction Project Management software, Vista and Procore
- Managed multiple successful projects varying in size, value, and complexity
- Led a project team
- Experience with project pitches
- Project procurement
- Sub-contractor selection
- Experience with project management software tools and Microsoft office suite
- Construction planning, estimating budgeting and forecasting

- Ensuring projects meet financial targets
- Fostering thorough understanding of project terms (contract) and Unispace 80/20 methodology
- Executing project delivery strategy
- Ensuring all monthly financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability
- Managing client and supply chain vendors (project specific stakeholders)
- Effective client communication throughout the delivery phase
- Leading the integration of disciplines (strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design, project management) to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology within projects
- Optional if accountable for managing a team: Leading and developing a high performing local project delivery team
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studio
- Managing the performance of consultants
- Contributing to the creation of a high performing, innovative team environment
- Effective internal communication throughout all phases of the project
- Ensuring alignment to the culture, values, and behaviors of Unispace
