Security Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret Clearance
Knowledge Requirements:
- Provide leadership for C4ISR information assurance activities
- Provide expertise/experience in obtaining ATOs, IATTs, ATCs for DoD programs
- Provide support in performing system security network analysis in multiple networks
- Experience with EMASS, ACAS, SCAP required
- Must have an IAM or IAT level II certification (Security+, CISSP, CASP, Etc.)

Let's talk salary: The salary range for this position starts at $120,000 and goes up to $150,000, based on qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package valued between $13,000 for a single employee and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.

Due to the classification level of the projects we support, we are not able to offer fully remote opportunities at this time, but there is some flexibility to work remotely one (1) day per week with prior Customer approval.
Still not convinced? We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Mid – Senior level Security Engineer to join our team in San Diego, CA. This position offers a great opportunity to work onsite with Customers influencing our Submarine Antennas Systems programs.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience with systems security engineering projects for US Navy programs. Previous Information Systems Security Officer experience is preferred. Strong communication skills with stakeholders and engineering leadership teams are essential.
We require someone with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (a technical degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred, but we welcome those with Business Management degrees as well).
As we are working for the DOD, the ideal candidate would possess an active DOD Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI without issue.
