The Job
Our team is seeking a passionate and experienced Live Services Product Director to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our live services products, which include early access programs, battle passes, and web3 ecosystem strategies like staking and in-game item purchases. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to create and execute comprehensive product lifecycle plans, ensuring that every product we launch has clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and a detailed strategy to achieve them.

Focus on Live Services Products:
- Drive the success of products like early access programs, battle passes, web3 ecosystem strategies (promotion, in-game item purchases), and other live services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Financial and Performance Analysis:
- Conduct financial forecasting and performance analysis for live services products.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
OKR Achievement and Evaluation:
- Monitor the performance of live services products against their OKRs.
- Identify and drive alignment for changes if OKRs are not met, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across product development, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of live services products.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive product success.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and execute product lifecycle plans, including product design documents, go-to-market strategies, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure that each new live service product has well-defined OKRs and a clear roadmap to achieve them.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Craft strategies that make live services products more successful for the business.
- Own follow up to ensure we are learning what can be improved and how to implement those improvements effectively.
Nice to Have
- 5 year's experience leading AAA game experience or enterprise experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, specifically in live services, gaming, or related industries.
- Strong track record of successfully launching and managing live service products.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passionate about the gaming industry and web3 ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Office365 and Google Suite proficiency.
- A mindset of continuous improvement; humble and ambitious.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or small business.
- Adaptable, with a good sense of humor.

Additional Information:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $220,000 + stocks + tokens + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
