Your Role
The Commercial Growth and Strategy team is accountable for working across the Growth lines of businesses under an aligned strategy to deliver against membership and operating income targets; to ensure sales readiness of our go-to-market teams; and to successfully install new customer groups.
The Strategic Planning and Performance, Principal - Growth Strategy and Execution will report to the Director of Growth Strategy. In this role you will support the Growth Strategy team, including the creation of business strategies, dashboards and operating models, to gain leadership alignment and support on key priorities.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for leading, planning and implementing multi-faceted strategic priorities across all Growth's lines of businesses
- Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes and results, and where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors
- Initiate and drive cross-functional alignment and understanding of the critical work in a highly matrixed and complex environment
- Ensure programs, designs, and strategies are aligned with Growth leadership's strategic direction and goals
- Build executive-level business strategies, narratives, dashboards, operating models and governance structures to support execution of priorities
- Develop approach and executive-level communications to enable effective decision-making for senior leadership
- Proactively improve upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning, influence and interpretation
- Solve complex problems where issues are undefined, and information is difficult to obtain
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires prior Healthcare consulting experience, focus on the payor industry preferred
- Requires demonstrated experience working cross functionally to drive change in a matrixed environment, assessing marketplace opportunities for growth, preparing and analyzing reports and dashboards, and presenting to senior leadership
- Requires demonstrated excellence in crafting executive-level communications to drive decision-making
- Requires experience developing and maintaining growth strategies - people, process, and technology
- Requires experience leading large-scale projects/programs
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $145,970.00 to $218,900.00 for California.
