The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to balance interests, bolstered by a track record of resolving complex problems while maintaining focus on realizing the City Council’s policy vision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of recent, progressively responsible experience in city planning, community development, economic development, or a related field.
- Three (3) recent years in managing or supervising other professionals.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- California coastal community experience is highly desirable.
