As Hotel Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering Waldorf Astoria’s signature elegance and service. You’ll oversee hotel operations, food and beverage departments, and ensure that our guests and team members experience excellence in every interaction. In this key leadership role, you’ll:
- Drive operational success and profitability while maintaining our high standards of guest and team member satisfaction.
- Lead daily quality initiatives and collaborate with the General Manager, acting as their trusted second-in-command.
- Consult with property owners and corporate teams to shape our vision and future.
- Mentor and inspire staff, fostering a culture of service, growth, and excellence.

What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of executive committee experience in a high luxury environment
- In-depth knowledge of luxury standards and offerings
- Experience in a leadership capacity at a $40M revenue or greater at a luxury property
- Experience managing CapEx projects
- Proven success in ownership relations
- Successful with union partnerships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forbes 5* knowledge
- Blend of rooms and F&B experience highly desired
- Hilton brand experience

Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $210,000 - $230,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
