About the role
As a CBRE Finance Sr. Manager, you will mainly support Adaptive Implementations for onboarding new Enterprise clients into CBRE, as well as existing accounts going through significant expansions. You will assist with service delivery for all aspects of Adaptive implementation including building Alteryx workflows for data imports from various ERP systems and all training aspects. Additionally, you will assist with day-to-day troubleshooting support for existing Adaptive users, demos, and other training needs.
What you’ll do
- Learn the steps required to set up Adaptive and build Alteryx workflows for data importation.
- Work with the Transition team to ensure all implementation activities are completed accurately and per scheduled delivery.
- Focus on all aspects of Adaptive training.
- Collaborate with the Finance Transition team and account team as needed to build Alteryx workflows.
- Constantly seek to improve quality, service, and efficiency in implementations, including sharing standard processes and lessons learned with the broader Client Reporting COE team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Director of the Client Reporting COE team.
- This role does not currently have direct reports but may be asked to manage and oversee the work of other team members.
- Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Exchange and explain difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.
- Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreement.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field.
- Minimum of six years related experience, including at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Experience with leading or participating in process design and improvement initiatives and/or technology implementation required.
- Adaptive and Alteryx experience.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and enhancing performance and retention is helpful.
- Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems.
- Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive interpersonal skills and an inquisitive approach.
- Intermediate math skills; ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Compensation: The minimum salary for the Sr. Finance Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary is $140,000 annually. Compensation offered will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
