Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and prepare forecasts
Handle tax filings and collaborate with external tax advisors
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and tax laws
Provide financial analysis and insights to assist in strategic planning and decision-making
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the healthcare, medical, or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
