As a Contract Management Analyst you will work with leadership and the human resources department to establish the company’s goals, ensuring each contract meets company criteria and objectives, and conforms to legislative requirements. You’ll act as liaison between internal business parties, clients, vendors and subcontractors, making sure that contract and insurance conditions are correctly documented and followed through.
What you’ll do as a Contract Management Analyst
- Negotiate terms of contracts, both with external and internal parties.
- Prepare and distribute contract documents.
- Update existing contracts, pricing, insurance, worker compliance.
- Prepare and dissect information to any involved parties in regard to the status of the contract.
- Coordinate meetings with subcontractors.
- Prepare revisions and briefs that will summarize financial information and contractual regulations.
- Maintain organized, detailed files for every contract, including price schedules, correspondence, clarifications, deviations/changes, and amendments.
- Track any correspondence and authorizations.
- Prepare change notices and monitor the performance of the contract, including the contractor status, reporting, and any deliverables required by the owner.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
- Microsoft Suite, Google Apps experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Some travel is required.
Salary Range $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 / year
