Location: Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. Unless in a designated virtual-eligible role and specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
The Financial Consultant Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership/management of business processes and works across functions and business partners to drive holistic and consistent solutions.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Support strategic initiatives and provide the necessary oversight, planning and execution of projects.
- Support and optimize application processes – identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and manage risk to maintain compliance with corporate policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources, facilitate structured coordination, maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Proven knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls.
- Knowledge with Essbase, SmartView, Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) a plus.
- Strong project management and execution skills highly preferred.
- CPA preferred, not required.
