WaveMark is a scalable, enterprise-level, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that integrates with clinical and financial systems for healthcare customers. Through a strong portfolio of tools, WaveMark provides healthcare customers with supply chain visibility and control using proprietary software technology, along with a portfolio of advanced hardware (i.e. RFID) to manage all supplies from low cost commodities to high cost devices and implants. This allows us to streamline workflows, deliver actionable insights, and provide services to manage change and enable the delivery of cost-effective care.
We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused team members to join the Cardinal Health team and lead the industry optimizing supply chain, inventory management, and clinical workflow practices.
The Consultant, Customer Training role within the Learning Solutions and Organizational Development team cultivates customer relationships, engages customers during implementation and workflow deployment, and enhances the customer onboarding experience. The role is responsible for the holistic training process from pre-implementation to onsite implementation and training, and lastly the handoff to Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate training implementation expectations, standards, and requirements for WaveMark customers through the project and implementation lifecycle.
- Support onsite change management and the execution of training strategies and plans for WaveMark customer implementations.
- Manage, develop, and execute end-to-end customer training to enhance the onboarding experience, including onsite, hands-on training and virtual (vILT) sessions.
- Lead project meetings to clearly articulate training expectations, processes, and responsibilities.
- Implement learning strategies and tools to ensure effective knowledge transfer and to achieve end user competency for internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with project leads to analyze current and future state workflows to build and execute on customer training plans and requirements.
- Support Product Management with content documentation.
- Create instructional materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participants handouts, and assessments as needed.
- Leverage internal and external expertise to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of development and delivery.
- Leverage LMS for administrative tasks (user and resource management, curriculum creation, and reporting).
- Analyze feedback on training effectiveness and address learning gaps.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of learning approaches, theories, instructional design, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 4-6 years of customer-facing professional experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all acute healthcare supply chain areas and clinical operations preferred.
- Experience working within inventory management systems and other databases preferred.
- Change management and process improvement experience.
- Exhibited proficiency in learning theories and instructional technologies preferred.
- Proficient in virtual meeting applications.
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Capable of working independently without direct supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Travel: Up to 75% of the time.

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $99,645
