Nurse Practitioner needed in Oregon for Urgent Care coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and OR state license/be willing to obtain state licensure.
Shift Options:
- Schedule 1: Sunday: 9 am - 6 pm, Mon/Tues: 9 am - 7 pm and Wednesday: 9 am - 1 pm (Option to alternate working a full day (9 am - 7 pm) every other Wednesday instead of a half day every Wednesday)
- Schedule 2: Wednesday: 2 pm - 7 pm, Thursday/Friday: 9 am - 7 pm and Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm (Option to alternate working a full day (9 am - 7 pm) every other Wednesday instead of a half day every Wednesday)
Will see 2-3 patients per hour and patient population is peds-geriatrics. Need to be able to see a mix of family medicine and urgent care patients. Must be comfortable with suturing, digital blocks, vaccinations, splinting, wart/cyst/mole removal. Will see cold, flu, follow ups, basic primary care visits. 1-2 years experience in FP, UC or ED required.
Support Staff:
Most clinics are solo coverage, some double staffed - will be discussed in interview.
Minimum Requirements:
- NP needs to be able to see family medicine and urgent care patients
- 1-2 years experience in FP, UC or ED
- Suturing, digital blocks, vaccinations, splinting, wart/cyst/mole removal
- 2-3 patients per hour
- Will see cold, flu, follow ups, basic primary care visits
