Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for being a valued finance business partner to Domino’s Technology (DT) leadership. The Technology business in total has nearly ~$220M in revenues distributed among 26 revenue sources, ~500 employees, ~500 contractors and over 180 departments. DT leadership includes an EVP, 1 SVP, 5 VPs, 3 Senior Directors and ~40 Directors/business leaders. The Lead Financial Analyst collaborates closely with DT leadership to identify areas of economic opportunity for Technology, both to the top-line via new global product sales and through cost efficiency mechanisms while helping understand the financial impact of each initiative or action. This role is responsible for effectively communicating financial analysis and insights on a consistent basis and providing recommendations that will influence changes in operations to help drive the business forward.
In addition, this role will partner with leadership to create all forecasts/budgets and understand any variances to the expected numbers. This position will manage projections to be utilized in the consolidated results that are reviewed by Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Monday & Friday)

Provide finance business partner support to Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors as their key contact in Finance
- Manage periodic, quarterly and YTD reporting and analysis for divisional performance
- Effectively communicate & present financial information to leadership at period review meetings
- Identify and advise on areas of opportunities in their performance
- Support ad-hoc requests
Provide financial analysis and insights to facilitate and drive key decisions for the Technology team
- Continuously partner identify and analyze cost control and efficiency initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Identify and establish reporting capabilities for key metrics to measure performance vs. expectations
- Use data driven analytics to influence operational changes
- Effectively communicate and present the initiatives performance
Prepare annual budget and periodic flash forecasts
- Partner with the market leadership team to create accurate financial forecasts, including productivity levers
- Partner with other functions in the WRC to gather budget inputs to ensure a holistic and accurate forecast
- Clearly articulate expense variances to expected results
- Partner with the leadership team and advise on potential actions to mitigate the variances
- Partner with impacted teams to fully understand what is driving the results and any potential solutions
- Communicate results and variances to the DT leadership and the Director of Finance
Lead the financial analysis for strategic business projects and business cases
- Act as the main point of contact and finance partner for strategic projects including mainly during the annual planning process and through the year
- Effectively influence project stakeholders on appropriate levels of financial performance and tracking
- Create reporting and track results for strategic projects against their stated goals
- Effectively communicate the results and any applicable recommendations to leadership and any potential actions needed
Assist on ad hoc reporting & analysis requests
- Assist the Finance Director and Technology leadership on financial requests
Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting with experience as a financial analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with management reporting and thorough understanding of all financial statements
- Strong business aptitude, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with business leaders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Hyperion preferred
