We are seeking a talented Advisory Services Senior to join our Metro-Detroit practice. You will participate in the execution of project-based engagements and leverage your skills to assist clients with various accounting and business issues.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide innovative risk solutions to clients in a variety of industries
- Collaborating with senior-level client personnel and Rehmann professionals to design new business processes and internal controls, project plans, working papers, and improvement recommendations
- Performing internal control assessments of management
- Interviewing clients, examining evidence documentation, analyzing and performing substantive testing of financial data
- Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Providing a “wow” experience to every client
- Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations
- Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
- Making a difference in the communities where you live and work
Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA certification or progress towards the CPA exam
- SOX experience, a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Out-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A new perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improve
