Randstad is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a small office team in Bartlett, TN. This role focuses on supporting the team in processing customer returns and managing credit issuance. You will play a key part in reviewing accounts, processing credits, and ensuring accurate credit transactions for our customers. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. Salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Education: Associate
Responsibilities:
- Review and process credit requests for returns department.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts and transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate credit issuance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all credits, returns, and adjustments in Oracle.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer account issues.
- Assist with additional accounts receivable tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit processing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Oracle accounting software is a plus.
