Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates all dispensary activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervises administrative staff and allocates responsibilities to ensure maximum performance.
- Manages site phone inquiries and correspondence.
- Monitors stock of site supplies and purchases when necessary.
- Submits timely reports and prepares presentations upon request.
- Coordinates site operations.
- Provides effective communication to management regarding activities, status, and progress.
- Handles document and records management.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Works with other management positions as needed, including but not limited to marketing and administrative teams, to ensure the store's growth, bookkeeping, and compliance with HIPAA, local, and state regulations.
- Manages and collects potential new hire applications.
- Maintains statistical reports of daily operations.
- Represents dispensary’s mission and vision to elected officials, law enforcement, media, and the public.
- Coordinates with the Marketing department to enable developed social networks, update the website, public and internal education, in-store information, and feedback.
- Assesses current inventory, supply needs, etc., providing the following reports:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Creates, runs, and analyzes Duchie reports for satisfactory and efficient operations, i.e., inventory and patient trends.
- Reviews and reconciles cash transaction ledgers.
- Manages POS and reports any troubleshooting needs.
- Reports building maintenance needs, including but not limited to minor repair work and managing necessary contractors such as IT, cleaners, plumbers, painters, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
