Job Description
- Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations
- Must be able to meet/exceed our best in class key performance indicators on a daily basis
- Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes
- Open files as required
- Monitor timely entry release
- Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies
- Scan, and index documents into imaging system
- Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”
- Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required
- Turnover to dispatch as required, timely
- Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external
Qualifications
- At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience
- Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification
- Ability to work under pressure
- Take ownership of all that you do
- Be a team player, make it a positive work environment and show respect
- Positive attitude at all times “Can do”
- Multi-tasking, Obsessed with detail, and a sense of prioritization
