Office Manager / Accounting Assistant – QuickBooks
Our client has an immediate need for an Office Manager with some accounting skills.
Experience:• Supervise office administrative staff
• Process and submit payroll to payroll service
• Processed Accounts Payable
• Post daily Accounts Receivable and prepare monthly AR statements
• Process all client billing
• Order food for meetings, keep conference room clean, order office supplies, etc.
• Point of contact for suppliers, vendors and building maintenance
Requirements:• QuickBooks Experience a must
• Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills required
