Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
- Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales.
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
- Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments.
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information.
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
