Responsibilities:
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential.
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process.
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service.
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to obtain one.
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language.
- Proven negotiating and communication skills.
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $215,000 per year
