Our brokerage is seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent. This opportunity requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will learn to focus on retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities.
This role is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Responsibilities
- Database systems
- Set appointments
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
- Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations

Compensation
$85,000 - $1555,000 at plan commissions
