Responsibilities: • Provide training for the sales team • Motivate, teach, and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent • Create sales reports in a timely fashion • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents Qualifications: • Familiar with or willing to learn NEPQ sales technique • Acquisitions experience with a wholesaling or flipping company is strongly preferred • Experience with REsimpli preferred • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Strong ability to lead a team • Proven organizational and planning ability • Proven experience in customer relationship management Compensation: $100,000+ commission based
