Insight Global - Senior Financial Analyst - Irving, Texas
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This individual will be responsible for all contract reviews, analysis and implementation, accrual processing, general ledger reconciliation, reporting, rebate payout validation, analysis & research. You will also oversee and operationalize Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) rebates and administrative fee billings in accordance with executed contractual agreements.
Day-To-Day:
- Review and interpret Contractual Agreements applied to accurate fee calculations and billing.
- Oversee Contractual T&C implementation in Vistex systems.
- Supervise the Process & Distribution of Supplier Invoices including contractually defined Invoice Data requirements.
- Perform GL Account Reconciliations, Flux, and P&L Variance Analyses providing analytical insight.
- Review Aging Reports, assist with collections and proper application of supplier payments.
- Calculate, validate and process pay out of pass through rebates.
- Coordinate and resolve fee disputes with Suppliers & Internal teams.
- Provide leadership with monthly scorecards and metrics.
- Proactively seek ways to continuously improve processes to achieve greater efficiencies and better controls.
- Ensure all processes are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and SOX guidelines.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
