Responsibilities:
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price.
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
- Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts.
- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed.
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
- Follow the team plan and close listings.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly.
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
- One year of work experience in real estate.
- Sales experience.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions.
