Our client's company specializes in offering a range of insurance products and services, including personal, commercial, and group benefits lines. Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.
This role involves managing accounts, cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts, cross-selling, and up-selling insurance products.
- Handle customer service, renewal audits, and market carriers for competitive quotes.
- Process certificates and endorsements, issue ID cards, obtain signatures, and bind policies.
- Assist with claims when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent broker.
- Proficiency in servicing standard and preferred clients.
- Experience working in a service-only capacity with no sales responsibilities or commissions.
- Comfortable with a blended work environment, combining office-based work (3 or 4 days a week) with remote work (1 or 2 days).
