JOB OVERVIEW
The Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) fosters and nurtures strong relationships with advisors and their clients. This involves understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal satisfaction. The CRO is responsible for aligning the company's goals with the best interests of the advisors and clients. This person ensures the company’s values and vision are expressed properly in these vital relationships and oversees related sales and revenue-producing activities across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Manage a team of Account Managers and Practice Management Specialists directly responsible for the overall business relationship with Innovayte.
- Focus on organic growth with the Account Manager and Practice Management teams.
- Develop and build out strong interactions with internal and external experts to solve business challenges.
- Create an environment where we ask the question: How can we enhance our advisor and client relationships? By empowering employees to engage with advisors and unleash our loyal advisor advocates to carry the Innovayte torch.
- Work directly with Brokerage/Clearing Service and Operations on challenges and escalations with the advisor community.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to ensure what is being produced is understandable, usable and advisors can leverage it with their end-clients and prospects.
- Develop and implement a truly social environment with our advisor clients to create a loyal advisor base. Business has been, and will always be, about people. Embrace and enhance this vision with our advisor base.
- Assist in creating an efficient and effective platform and communication process leveraging technology as an enabler that allows for marketing to listen, analyze and figure out how and where to deploy content, but it’s people that make the content, service, and interactions effective.
- Assist in the build-out of the human element in marketing, messaging, and our stories and content.
- Work with other Executive Team members to scale relationships by scaling people.
- Work directly with the PMO team and technology to assist in building out a scalable platform for advisors that creates ease of doing business with Innovayte.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of experience working directly with advisors in the RIA and brokerage industry.
- Understanding of the unique technologies that drive effective and efficient businesses for the advisor community.
- Excellent communication skills.
