Small membership organization is seeking an accountant/Bookkeeper to work on a monthly or hourly basis to manage finances and prepare monthly financial reports. This role will also involve assisting with budget development. Please note that this is not a staff position and does not offer benefits. We are looking for a competitive monthly or hourly rate.
Key Requirements:
- Must be tech-savvy and have a strong understanding of nonprofits.
- Experience in grants management is essential.

- Preference for candidates located in the DC area for regular meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Accounting degree is required; CPA preferred.
- Knowledge of I4A is preferred.
- Availability during core business hours of 8-5 EST is required.
