Description:
The position will assist in the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable Department. This position offers the flexibility to work from home. Periodic in-office presence is required for monthly team meetings, events, and training opportunities. The position can be based in the Firm’s operation center in Brandon, FL (Tampa Bay area) or our Firm’s practicing office in Dallas.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ability to handle all aspects of accounts payable which includes processing invoices for payment, balancing batches and printing checks.
- Ability to research and respond to office and vendor inquiries.
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area.
- Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
